This was my first order, and I am very pleased with the product. Unfortunately, the box was delivered damaged and a few vials were broken. I reached out to customer service chat online and within minutes they resolved the issue and are sending out replacements. Considering it was more than likely due to UPS, I am thankful they still took responsibility. Will definitely be ordering again.
